Since our inception, Wilson Commercial Real Estate has leveraged our exclusive relationships in the Southern California brokerage community to assist us in portfolio leasing and/or to strengthen our team’s offerings due to an asset’s product type or geographic location. Our alliance partnerships are designed to provide our clients with a seamless effort of multiple retail professionals with no additional expense to our client.

Management: Through our preferred network of management firms, Wilson Commercial is able to more accurately assess the true expenses to operate a property. As tenant’s needs, labor costs and vacancy rates continually change, this information is vital to our commitment to providing our clients valuations based on reality. Ultimately, our management partners help us to identify inefficiencies in the way a property is currently being managed and offer invaluable input to unlock intrinsic value.

Financing: Our relationships with mortgage brokers and direct lenders provides us with crucial information during evolving real estate cycles. When we propose an acquisition or disposition strategy, we maintain a keen understanding of the availability of capital and the terms upon which debt and equity are placed. The current state of the economy has restricted the availability of capital and has, to a great extent, paralyzed the commercial real estate market. Our experience in working closely with our financing partners to seek ways to decrease lender’s risk and identify alternative capital structures results in our ability to provide you with more options and strong guidance.
